Terms
What counts as a room
Any distinct space receiving its own hero render. In open-concept layouts, areas with separate design focus — kitchen, living, dining — each count as a room when rendered from distinct vantage points.
What Track 02 drafting covers
One working plan and one elevation per room, either drawn from scratch or brought up to date from what you have. Delivered alongside the renders, and yours to keep working from.
Revisions
One round is included on the hero image. Layout or structural changes are scoped as new work.
Rush delivery
Forty-eight-hour turnaround on rendering is available at a fifty-percent surcharge, subject to availability.
Deliverables
4K HD files — print, digital, and marketing ready, with full client-facing presentation rights.
Payment
Due before production begins, by card or bank transfer.
